Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Task by Pebble House is operated by Travel AI, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using Task at task.mu, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Task is an AI-powered document automation platform. You upload documents such as invoices, receipts, and supplier documents, and the service extracts structured data using artificial intelligence.

3. Account Terms

By creating an account, you agree to the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Task.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Each account is intended for a single user.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credit-Based Billing

Task uses a credit-based billing model. Credits are consumed when you process documents through the service.

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits upon signup. Free credits are subject to change and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
• Additional credits can be purchased in packs through the service. All credit purchases are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts or organizations.
• Consumed credits are non-refundable. Unused purchased credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been consumed.
• We reserve the right to change credit pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.
• By purchasing credits, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service for payment processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload documents containing illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service
• Upload files containing malware or malicious code
• Use the service to violate any applicable law or regulation

6. Document Processing

Your documents are processed using artificial intelligence, including third-party AI services. Extracted data is stored in your Task account. You retain full ownership of your uploaded documents and all extracted data. We do not use your documents or extracted data to train AI models.

7. Output Connectors

Task may integrate with third-party services such as Odoo, Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data handling practices of third-party services once your data leaves Task.

8. Intellectual Property

Task, its design, code, and underlying technology are the property of Travel AI, Inc. You retain all intellectual property rights in your uploaded documents and extracted data.

9. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Task is not liable for errors in AI extraction — you are responsible for reviewing extracted data before use. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted. Unused purchased credits are non-refundable upon termination unless required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account. When terms are updated, you will be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
